Nickel Alloy Composition
Nickel 200 is composed of 99.6% pure nickel alloy and is of the toughest metals in existence. Nickel 200 exhibits excellent mechanical properties and high thermal and electrical conductivity. Nickel 201 has the same characteristics Nickel 200 but has lower carbon levels. Additionally, Nickel 200 and Nickel 201’s beneficial properties and chemical composition make them easily fabricable and highly resistant to corrosive environments and oxidation.

Nickel Metal Alloy Advantages
Nickel 200 is a 99.6% pure nickel alloy, exhibits excellent high thermal and electrical conductivity, and is useful in any environment below 600º F. It is highly resistant to corrosion by neutral and alkaline salt solutions. Nickel 200 alloy and Nickel alloy 201 also have low corrosion rates in neutral and distilled water. Ideal for welding and fabrication needs, these Nickel alloys can be hot formed to any shape and formed cold by all methods.Additional benefits include:
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Low gas content
- Low vapor pressure
- Magnetic properties
- High thermal and electrical conductivity
